FAQ

Webinar registration software, answered.

Have a question? Reach out and we will help.

What is webinar registration software on CreatorStore?

CreatorStore lets you create a registration page for one or more live sessions with a specific date, time, duration, price, and registration status. Connect Google Meet or add your own meeting link, and registered attendees receive the session details after signup. For the transactional use case, see sell webinars online.

Can I sell free and paid webinars in the same product?

Yes. You can add multiple session options, including free and paid sessions. Each option can have its own name, price, status, and session details. Free registrations can also collect the attendee's email.

Do I need Zoom or my own conferencing tool?

Connect Google Meet — CreatorStore creates the room automatically when you save the session, and everyone who registers gets the same link. Or paste your own link (Zoom, Whereby, custom meeting room).

How are time zones handled for webinar sessions?

You set the session in your timezone. Buyers see the session time in their local timezone, based on their browser settings.

What happens when a webinar session is full or closed?

Set the Status per session — Open, Registering, Sold Out, or Closed. Sold Out sessions show a badge and disable the register button on that option. Buyers still see it in the list so they know demand — and can register for future sessions instead.

How do buyers get the meeting link?

The meeting link can be included in the confirmation email after registration. For a session connected to Google Meet, registered attendees receive the link for that session.

Do I pay extra to sell webinars?

No. CreatorStore takes 0% commission on every webinar sale — you only pay Stripe or PayPal's standard processing fee. See pricing.

Can I earn money by selling webinars?

There is no guaranteed amount. What you earn depends on your topic, audience, price, and number of registrations. You can offer a free session, a paid session, or several options with different prices.

How should I price a webinar?

Set the price based on the content, format, audience, and value of the session. You can offer a free webinar or charge for registration. If you are unsure, start with a price that fits your offer and adjust it as you learn what your audience responds to.

What topics can I cover in a webinar?

You can use webinars for topics such as product launches, business education, design, fitness, sales, marketing, skills training, or any subject you teach. Choose a topic that fits your expertise and gives attendees a clear reason to register.
