Cookie Policy
Date of Last Revision: July 6, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how CreatorStore Labs LLC ("CreatorStore," "we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://creatorstore.co/ and the storefronts we host for Creators (together, the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you agree to the use of cookies and similar technologies as described in this Cookie Policy, subject to the choices described below and to consent where required by law.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the site owners. "Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, web beacons, software development kits ("SDKs"), and device fingerprinting. In this Policy, we use "cookies" to refer to all of these unless we specify otherwise.
First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by a domain different from the one you are visiting.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
a. Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are essential to provide the Service and its core features and cannot be turned off. They enable login, account authentication, security, checkout, load balancing, and preservation of your input on multi-step forms. Without these cookies, the Service cannot function. Because these cookies are essential, we do not require your consent to use them. Examples include session tokens, CSRF tokens, and authentication cookies.
b. Functional Cookies. These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your language, region, or preferences. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these services may not function properly.
c. Analytics Cookies. These cookies allow us to count visits, traffic sources, and understand how visitors move through the Service, so we can measure and improve performance. All information collected by these cookies is aggregated and de-identified. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our site.
d. Marketing and Advertising Cookies. These cookies may be set by us and by our advertising partners (including Google, Meta, and similar platforms) to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on other sites. They do not directly store personal information, but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less-targeted advertising.
e. Creator-Configured Cookies. Individual Creators may embed third-party tracking pixels or tags (for example, Meta Pixel or Google Analytics) into their own storefronts. Those cookies are placed at the Creator's instruction and are governed by the Creator's own privacy notice, not this Policy. CreatorStore is not responsible for cookies placed by Creators on their storefronts.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on the Service are set by third parties that provide services to us. These third parties may include (a) analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics); (b) payment processors (Stripe, PayPal); (c) customer support tools; (d) email marketing platforms; (e) advertising networks (e.g., Google Ads, Meta); and (f) integrations you choose to connect (e.g., Google Calendar). Third-party cookies are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.
4. Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies
a. Cookie Settings on the Service. When you first visit the Service from a region requiring consent (including the EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions requiring cookie consent), you will see a consent banner allowing you to accept, reject, or customize your cookie preferences. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page of the Service.
b. Browser Controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Instructions vary; see https://www.allaboutcookies.org/ for detailed guides for each browser. Blocking or deleting cookies may impact your ability to use certain features of the Service.
c. Opt-Out of Third-Party Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
d. Opt-Out of Interest-Based Advertising. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through industry programs such as the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA") at https://optout.aboutads.info/, the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") at https://optout.networkadvertising.org/, and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance ("EDAA") at https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/.
e. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. There is no industry standard for responding to "Do Not Track" browser signals, and we do not respond to them. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.
5. Consent (EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions)
Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and comparable laws in other jurisdictions, we rely on your consent for the use of non-essential cookies. Consent is collected via our cookie banner and can be withdrawn at any time via Cookie Settings. Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect your access to the Service, but may reduce certain functionality and personalization.
6. Retention
The lifespan of individual cookies varies. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies typically expire between one day and two years after being set. Where cookies collect personal data, we retain that data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use, changes to applicable law, or operational reasons. When we do, we will update the "Date of Last Revision." Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice.
